Terms of Service

The Service is operated by TheAItext ("TheAItext", "we", "us", or "our"), the seller of the Service. When you use TheAItext.com, the AI generation tools, and any related applications (together, the "Service"), you are entering into an agreement with TheAItext.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Our order process and subscription billing are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By subscribing to our Premium plan, you agree to pay the recurring monthly fee associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Payment terms, taxes, invoicing, and billing frequency are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Upon cancellation, your premium access will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Refunds are processed by Paddle. Full details, including how to request a refund, are set out in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, harassing, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or authentication; probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; or introduce malware or automated abuse.
• Resell, redistribute, or expose the Service to third parties as a hosted product.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit, how you use the outputs, verifying their accuracy, and having the necessary rights to any content you input.

TheAItext retains all ownership of the Service, its software, models, interface, and branding. You retain all ownership rights to the input text and prompts you provide. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the outputs generated by our AI models are yours to use for commercial or personal projects. We claim no ownership over your generated content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have materially breached these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules; (b) your account presents a security, fraud, or abuse risk; (c) required payments have failed and remain unpaid; or (d) we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue in force.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs, and AI outputs are not a substitute for professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall TheAItext be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
