Account Information. When you register, we collect your email address and authentication details.

Usage Data. We collect the texts, prompts, and options you input into the application in order to process your AI generation requests, along with basic technical data (such as IP address, device type, and timestamps) necessary to operate and secure the Service.

Payment Information. We do not store or process your credit card details on our servers. All financial transactions are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle collects your billing information in accordance with their own privacy notice.

We use your data strictly to:

• Provide, maintain, and optimize the AI generation features of the Service.
• Manage your account and active subscription status.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates.

• Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements, together with Paddle as Merchant of Record (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Consent — where we ask for it, for example for optional communications; you can withdraw consent at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing on our behalf.
• AI model providers (such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs) — solely to generate your requested outputs. Your inputs are transmitted over encrypted APIs and are not used by us or these partners to train public AI models.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to host the Service and store account data.
• Competent authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your data. We retain account data for as long as your account remains active and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
