Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with TheAItext. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription purchase. If you are not happy with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Our payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, please:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to access your order and request a refund, or
• Contact us through the support form inside the application and we will pass your request to Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer or bank.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, your premium access continues until the end of your current paid billing cycle; you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current cycle's payment.
